  • Deadline to submit completed worksheets, along with proper documentation, for previous school year (2023-24) is Monday, December 2, 2024.
  • Deadline to submit completed worksheets, along with proper documentation, for the current school year (2024-2025) is Monday, April 21, 2025.
  • Worksheets will NOT be accepted after the due date. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Completed Worksheets can be dropped off in the Guidance Office, S-135, or emailed to [email protected].
