Respect For All Information

During Respect for All Week, February 10 -14, 2025, schools across the city will have the opportunity to highlight and build upon ongoing programs to help students, staff, and communities gain a better understanding of diversity. 

Three ways to successfully implement Respect for All at your school:

1. Share Professional Learning: Your new Respect for All Training Calendar for staff outlines a comprehensive schedule of training opportunities for RFA Week. These trainings are designed to support fostering a more restorative and inclusive community within your schools.

2. Educate Families: Share our Respect for All Week Families Trainings, which outlines a schedule of training opportunities for RFA Week. These trainings are designed to support families in advocating for a more restorative and inclusive community within school.

3. Post on Socials: To support outreach efforts around Respect for All Week, NYCPS has created a toolkit with key messages, social media graphics, and other resources for easy sharing. We encourage all schools to sign up and be part of these impactful days. Your collaboration and leadership are critical in ensuring the success of these training sessions. Please share this information with your school communities, including parent facing groups, and encourage them to take advantage of these opportunities.
