On May 5, 2017, the New Dorp High School Foundation held its Annual Alumni Dinner in the Lobby of the School. Some 100 Alumni attended. The food was great as was the entertainment provided by the Chorus of New Dorp High School. They sang the High School Song which struck a special chord with the alumni. The prize table was well received.
Robert E. Campbell ‘51 and Edith Armend Holtermann ‘45 were inducted into the New Dorp High School Hall of Fame. They were recognized for their years of devotion and support to New Dorp and the Foundation.
Everyone had a great time and stated they were glad they attended. The nostalgia was fully evident during the evening.
Everyone should look forward to and attend the next Alumni Dinner in 2018.
