Year 96-2000

Memoir I love everything about New Dorp from the first day of practice to the last lap around the field. I met alot of great people throughout those 4 years. I met from the football team alone, hundreds of kids who came and went but the ones who stayed to the end are family. Coach App and the staff are like fathers to me. I am proud to say that I was a part of the great tradition of New Dorp football. What Sal Somma started I can honestly say that I left it all on the field. New Dorp football was my life and I have a lifetime of memories. After 3 years of taking beatings, we stuck it out together and had a 6-2 record, the best since 1993. To my New Dorp family I love you all and I would like to thank the people who helped me throughout the years....the teachers who helped me...thank you, people who supported our team and came to our games, people who helped me win homecoming...thank you my football brothers for voting me captain to represent the greatest tradition in the world #1 seniors 99/2000 thanks
