This exclusive program will provide students the unique opportunity to get a sneak peek at our industry from inside AOL. If selected, you will:

• Gain exposure to the media technology industry
• Learn about AOL’s various brands
• Learn in a collaborative environment
• Participate in various workshops
• Hear from inspirational speakers
• Develop lasting relationships with AOLers and peers
You will engage in high-impact developmental programming while building meaningful relationships with other interns and AOL'ers through a variety of summer activities. This includes 1:1 mentorship, custom learning and development programming, and opportunities to create community.

 At time of application, you should be an actively enrolled sophomore or junior in high school
 Minimum GPA of 3.0 of 4.0 or B average
 Strong interest in the media technology industry
 Demonstrated leadership in academics, community service, and extracurricular activities
 Proficiency with Google applications or MS Office
 Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail
 Strong interpersonal skills; written and verbal
 Be able to complete a 4-week program from July 10 - August 11, 2017
 Be available 24 hours/week from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday
 Must be authorized to work in the United States
