  • Deadline to submit completed worksheets, along with proper documentation, for previous school year (2020-21) is Monday, December 5, 2022.
  • Deadline to submit completed worksheets, along with proper documentation, for the current school year (2021-2022) is Monday, May 2, 2023.
  • Worksheets will NOT be accepted after the due date. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Completed Worksheets can be dropped off in the Guidance Office, S-135, or emailed to [email protected].
