Welcome back Parents and Guardians!
As we hope you are already aware, this year we are working towards going entirely paperless! We have adopted a secondary digital platform for communication, called CareMonkey. We will still be using Pupil Path for grades, attendance, and individual teacher communication. However, all forms, permission slips, contracts, memos, etc. will be on CareMonkey. Therefore, it is imperative that you register for both. If you have already registered as a parent on Pupil Path, there is no need to re-register.
We are excited about providing you with this new service. We are confident that it will allow you to easily access and retrieve all papers as well as electronically give consent when needed. No longer will there be back and forth with your child whether or not a form was handed in, as it will be digitally recorded and easily accessible.
If you have a Parent registration on Pupil Path, you should have received an email inviting you to create a CareMonkey account. This email was sent to the address listed on Pupil Path. Please register as soon as possible, so that you do not miss any important communication from our school. When you open the account, it will prompt you to complete our first form, the School Emergency Card (aka Blue Card). There will be no hard copy this year. Therefore, it is imperative that you complete the digital form as soon as possible, so we have vital information for your child’s safety.
For those parents looking to update their profiles with change of name, address, or phone number, please contact your child’s SLC school aide between 8AM and 1PM.
Please understand that this is the first year with this new system, so we are expecting some “glitches.” We appreciate your patience as we work on implementation.
