The NYC Ladders for Leaders program, a component of the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), provides professional internships to NYC youth between the ages of 16 to 21. The Ladders for Leaders program is a competitive program that can lead to internships with some of the most dynamic corporations and businesses in New York City.
